2. Directory Submissions & Verification

Andhra Startup Map is an open ecosystem tracker curating commercial technology startups founded or headquartered across all 28 districts of Andhra Pradesh.

• Editorial Discretion: Submission does not guarantee inclusion. We reserve complete editorial discretion to accept, reject, reclassify, or remove any company listing.
• Verification Process: Every submission undergoes review against public records (such as MCA filings, official websites, verified LinkedIn profiles, or news releases) before being published on the public map.
• Grant of License: By submitting data, logos, pitch lines, or links, you grant Andhra Startup Map a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, format, and index this business information on our public map and social channels.
• Accuracy: You represent that the information submitted is truthful and that you are authorized to provide information regarding the company.

3. Sponsored Ad Placements (“Boost”)

Companies may reserve high-visibility featured advertising slots via our /boost service.

• Ad Review & Suitability: All ad creatives, copy, and destination URLs must comply with our content guidelines. We do not accept ads promoting illegal schemes, deceptive financial products, gambling, hate speech, or malicious software.
• Slot Allocation: Sponsored slots are limited per calendar cycle and are allocated upon confirmed review and payment.
• Publisher Rights: If an ad is found to violate guidelines or links to a broken/compromised site, we reserve the right to suspend the ad immediately.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The directory and map data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for informational, community, and discovery purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding completeness, timeliness, financial viability, or performance of any listed company. Listing on this map does not constitute an endorsement, investment advice, or legal recommendation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andhra Startup Map and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, or any reliance placed on company listings.
