Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Community Listings

Submitting and listing a startup on the Andhra Startup Map via our /submit page is 100% free. There are no fees or hidden charges associated with directory submission, editorial verification, or standard profile indexing.

2. Sponsored Ad Placements (“Boost”)

We offer paid advertising options including the 24-Hour Flash Slot (₹2,500) and Standard 7-Day Cycle Slot (₹5,000). Because each slot is reserved exclusively for a specific time window and cannot be offered to other advertisers simultaneously, the following refund rules apply:

• Cancellations Prior to Start Date: If you request cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled cycle start date (Monday 00:00 IST), you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
• Editorial Rejections: If your ad creative, text, or destination URL is rejected by our editorial review team for non-compliance with community standards, you will receive an immediate 100% full refund without any deductions.
• Active or Past Campaigns: Once an ad campaign has commenced and gone live on the map banner, fees are non-refundable for the duration that was successfully delivered.

3. Technical Outage Guarantee

In the unlikely event of verified server downtime or website outage exceeding 4 hours during your paid campaign window, we will automatically extend your placement period by a corresponding duration or provide a pro-rata credit at your option.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to standard banking processing cycles.
